개인정보처리방침 — 탈출해, 양! (Escape, Sheep!)

본 방침은 App Store·Google Play로 배포되는 앱(이하 "iOS·Android판")과 앱인토스(Apps in Toss)로 제공되는 미니앱(이하 "앱인토스판")에 함께 적용됩니다. 판마다 다른 부분은 구분해 표기합니다.

1. 개발자 정보

2. 수집하는 정보와 목적

본 게임은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 개발자가 직접 개인정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 다만 게임에 포함된 제3자 광고 기능이 광고 제공을 위해 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 사용하는 광고 SDK는 판마다 다릅니다.

2-1. iOS·Android판 — Google AdMob

• 기기 광고 식별자 및 기기 식별자
• 광고 노출·상호작용 데이터(본 광고를 본 기록, 앱 실행·조작 등)
• 대략적 위치(IP 주소 기반)
• 진단 정보(크래시 로그, 성능 데이터)

목적: 광고 제공 및 광고 성과 측정, SDK 진단·개선. 본 게임은 개인화되지 않은(non-personalized) 광고를 기준으로 하며, 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의 요청을 표시하지 않습니다.

2-2. 앱인토스판 — 앱인토스 인앱 광고

앱인토스판에서는 Google AdMob SDK가 동작하지 않으며, 광고는 앱인토스가 제공하는 인앱 광고 기능으로만 노출됩니다. 이 기능은 토스 애즈와 Google AdMob을 통합한 것으로, 실행 환경에 따라 둘 중 하나가 광고 네트워크로 자동 선택됩니다.

• 광고를 요청할 때 본 게임이 전달하는 값은 앱인토스 콘솔에서 발급받은 광고 그룹 ID뿐이며, 이용자를 식별하는 값은 전달하지 않습니다.
• 광고는 토스 앱 안에서 노출되며, 광고 제공·성과 측정을 위해 처리되는 정보의 항목과 처리 방법은 토스 및 선택된 광고 네트워크의 방침을 따릅니다(3항 링크 참고).
• 본 게임은 토스 로그인을 사용하지 않으며, 앱인토스가 제공하는 이용자 식별값도 사용하지 않습니다.
• 앱인토스 SDK는 게임 실행 중 진단·성능 이벤트(화면 전환, 오류 메시지, 프레임 지연, 메모리 상태 등)를 앱인토스 플랫폼으로 전송합니다. 본 게임은 이 이벤트에 이용자를 식별하는 값을 담지 않습니다.
• 앱인토스판은 토스 앱 안에서 실행되므로 본 게임이 별도의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의 요청을 표시하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 SDK

• (iOS·Android판) Google AdMob (Google LLC): 광고 제공. Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 광고 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 기기 로컬 저장 (서버 전송 없음)

게임 진행도·기록(최고 클리어 레벨, 코인, 스테이지 기록 등)은 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 개발자 서버나 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. iOS·Android판은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제되고, 앱인토스판은 미니앱의 저장 데이터가 삭제되면 함께 삭제됩니다.

5. 어린이 보호

본 게임은 특정 연령의 아동을 주 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 개발자는 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 기능의 데이터 처리는 위 3항 링크의 각 사업자 정책을 따릅니다. 앱인토스판은 앱인토스 플랫폼 정책에 따라 만 19세 이상 이용자에게 제공됩니다.

6. 이용자 권리

개발자가 직접 수집·보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로, 기기 내 데이터는 앱 삭제(앱인토스판은 미니앱 저장 데이터 삭제)로 제거할 수 있습니다. iOS·Android판의 광고 식별자 초기화·광고 개인화 제한은 기기 설정에서 조정할 수 있습니다. 앱인토스판에서는 본 게임이 기기 광고 식별자를 직접 사용하지 않으며, 광고 관련 설정은 토스 앱과 기기 설정을 따릅니다.

7. 방침 변경

본 방침은 관련 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy — Escape, Sheep! (탈출해, 양!)

This policy applies both to the app distributed through the App Store and Google Play (the "iOS/Android edition") and to the mini app provided through Apps in Toss (the "Apps in Toss edition"). Differences between the two editions are noted separately.

1. Developer

2. Information collected and purpose

The game has no sign-up or login, and the developer does not directly collect or store your personal information. However, third-party advertising included in the game may collect and process information to serve ads, and the advertising SDK differs by edition.

2-1. iOS/Android edition — Google AdMob

• Device advertising identifier and device identifiers
• Advertising interaction data (ads you have seen, app launches and interactions)
• Coarse location (based on IP address)
• Diagnostics (crash logs, performance data)

Purpose: serving ads and measuring ad performance, SDK diagnostics and improvement. The game serves non-personalized ads by default and does not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

2-2. Apps in Toss edition — Apps in Toss in-app advertising

The Google AdMob SDK does not run in the Apps in Toss edition; ads are served only through the in-app advertising feature provided by Apps in Toss. That feature combines Toss Ads and Google AdMob, and the ad network is selected automatically depending on the runtime environment.

• When requesting an ad, the only value this game passes is the ad group ID issued by the Apps in Toss console. No user-identifying value is passed.
• Ads are displayed inside the Toss app. The categories of information processed for ad delivery and performance measurement, and how they are processed, are governed by the policies of Toss and of the selected ad network (see the links in Section 3).
• This game does not use Toss Login, and does not use the user identifier value offered by Apps in Toss.
• The Apps in Toss SDK sends diagnostic and performance events (screen transitions, error messages, frame stalls, memory conditions, and the like) to the Apps in Toss platform while the game runs. This game does not put any user-identifying value into those events.
• Because the Apps in Toss edition runs inside the Toss app, this game does not present its own App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

3. Third-party SDKs

• (iOS/Android edition) Google AdMob (Google LLC): ad serving. Google's data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and advertising policies.

• (Apps in Toss edition) Apps in Toss in-app advertising (Viva Republica, Inc.): ad serving. Toss's data processing is governed by the Toss Privacy Policy. Depending on the runtime environment, Google AdMob may be selected as the ad network, in which case the Google policies above also apply to Google's data processing.

4. On-device storage (no server transmission)

Game progress and records (highest cleared level, coins, per-stage records, etc.) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to the developer's servers or elsewhere. In the iOS/Android edition they are removed when you delete the app; in the Apps in Toss edition they are removed when the mini app's stored data is cleared.

5. Children

This game is not primarily directed at children of a specific age. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Data processing by the advertising features is governed by the policies of each provider linked in Section 3. Under Apps in Toss platform policy, the Apps in Toss edition is provided to users aged 19 and over.

6. Your choices

Because the developer stores no personal information itself, on-device data can be removed by deleting the app (or, in the Apps in Toss edition, by clearing the mini app's stored data). In the iOS/Android edition you can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings. In the Apps in Toss edition this game does not use a device advertising identifier directly, and ad-related settings follow the Toss app and your device settings.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes; updates will be posted on this page.
